- Messages: Communications sent between tenants and landlords through our in-platform messaging system are stored to facilitate the transaction.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device information.

- Provide, operate, and maintain our Service
- Facilitate rental bookings, payments, and lease agreements between tenants and landlords
- Improve and personalize your experience

Havn is a marketplace platform. Certain information is shared between users to facilitate transactions:
Tenant → Landlord: When a tenant applies, the landlord sees the tenant's name, school, employer, and application message. Email addresses and phone numbers are never shared — all communication happens through Havn's messaging system.
Landlord → Tenant: Tenants can see a landlord's display name on their listing. Contact details are not shared.
